What I collect

Your first name, where you work, your email address, your scores and notes for each lever, the priorities and actions you choose, and when you started and locked in.

Why

To email you a copy of your results, and so I can see how the room scored and improve this workshop.

Who sees it

Only me, Cohagen Wilkinson. It isn't sold or shared, and you won't be added to any mailing lists.

Where it lives

While you work, your answers are saved on your own device. When you lock in, they're stored in a private database and your results email is sent through Postmark. Page visits are counted with Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies. There are no ad or tracking scripts.

Deleting your data

Email cohagen@cohagen.com from the address you used and I'll delete your submission.
